And Bathing Ape or as we know it "BAPE" is a Japanese fashion brand founded in 1993 by fashion designer Nigo. This brand specializes in men's, women's and children's lifestyle and streetwear.
Their store also includes the Bape Gallery. This space is used for various events and art exhibitions sponsored by Bape. The company previously operated the so-called Busy Work Shop, which basically contained hair salons Bape Cuts, Bape Café, BABY MILO and The cay Soldier. Bape even collaborates with other brands and features characters from popular media such as SpongeBob SquarePants, Marvel comic characters, Nintendo, Hello Kitty and more. And Bathing Ape has also cooperated with many other famous brands that are very close to us. These are, for example, Pepsi, Coca-Cola, M*A*C, Comme des Garçons, Supreme, Stüssy, Carhartt, Adidas. In 2011, the company was sold to Hong Kong fashion conglomerate IT Group for about $2.8 million.
