A Bathing Ape nebo jak my ji známe "BAPE", je japonská módní značka založená v roce 1993 módním návrhářem Nigo. Tato značka se specializuje na pánský, dámský a dětský životní styl a streetwear. Součástí jejich obchodu je také Bape Gallery. Tento prostor je využívaný pro různé akce a umělecké výstavy sponzorované Bape. Společnost dříve provozovala tzv. Busy Work Shop, což v podstatě obsahovalo kadeřnictví Bape Cuts, Bape Café, BABY MILO a The cay Soldier. Bape dokonce spolupracuje s jinými značkami a představuje postavy z populárních médií, jako jsou například SpongeBob SquarePants , komiksové postavy Marvel, Nintendo, Hello Kitty a další. A Bathing Ape také spolupracoval s mnoha dalšími slavnými značkami, které jsou nám velmi blízké. Jedná se např. o Pepsi, Coca-Cola, M*A*C, Comme des Garçons, Supreme, Stüssy, Carhartt, Adidas. V roce 2011 byla společnost prodána hongkongskému módnímu konglomerátu IT Group za zhruba 2,8 milionu dolarů.
